As I navigated through their menu, I was particularly drawn to their impressive omelet selection. The Bishops Omelet at $13.99 is a must-try, packed with savory sausage, smoked ham, and a medley of veggies, blanketed in melted Jack and cheddar. Other highlights include the Spinach Bacon Mushroom Omelet, which boasts the richness of creamy hollandaise, and the Veggie Omelet, a colorful dish topped with fresh avocado that pleases both the eye and the palate.
The Breakfast Classics section further solidifies Bishops Diner's reputation for comfort food. My personal favorite? The Big Egg Biscuit & Gravy, served with two perfectly cooked eggs and topped with house-made sausage gravy, making for a hearty breakfast that’s sure to keep you satisfied. If you're looking for something unique, the Breakfast Burrito, filled with scrambled eggs, chorizo, and fresh ingredients, is a flavorful explosion wrapped in a soft tortilla.

A classic diner. Comfy and simple. Good variety of breakfast and lunch selections. But it's all home made and not your canned variety food. I've gone several times and I'm never disappointed. The special pumpkin pecan waffle was delicious! Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, but not too sweet. The chicken sausage links were the best I've had. Delicious home fries. Great omelette choices. SUPER fast service!! If you love a great diner with a down home feel, this is your place. Good for families, solo, group etc. someday I will try the Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake!! (Breakfast can have dessert, right?!?)

The food is tasty and serving sizes are spot on. Staff is friendly and courteous. Facilities are clean.

Overall I like this place, the food and hostess both good. Here is my issue. On Saturday 11/9 my wife and I went here for breakfast. The server asked my wife if she wanted a mimosa, then asked what kind - pineapple, cranberry or orange. The mimosa was $7.99 and we were charged another $4.99 for the juice. The problem is I was never told there was an extra charge for the juice. I should've been given that choice. In addition the mimosa comes with it - I shouldn't have been charged for it. $13 for a mimosa!!!Huge over charge.

Excellent service. Friendly & fast staff. A bit overpriced much like every other restaurant these days. Omelettes ate excellent & coffee is good with plenty of it.

I have been to Bishops Diner many times and went again over the weekend. I like it because it is a very down to earth place. Usually it is easy to get seated and the food is good. I alway go for breakfast. I usually get the Apple Cinnamon Pancake Breakfast or the Colorado Scramble. They are both very good. My wife likes the Club Benedict. Since the restaurant became Bishop's they have put up a couple of flat screen for sports broadcast and it also has a bar too. I am sure we wil visit Bishop's again.

Oh my gosh, this place is fantastic. The apple pancakes were deliciously wonderful. The server was very attentive to our meal needs, the diner is very very cute. 100% returning.

Want a good old school diner that serves anything on their menu at any time? That's Bishops! It was probably close to 10ish AM when we wandered in on a Sunday morning. I wanted breakfast and the gf wanted lunch. Why choose when you can have both! Loved the service and the food!
